I had my dog Dabny for 20 years and I got him when he was 4 weeks old. He was so little. I did hair at the time and I was talking to a client and she said her neighbors dog was rejecting the puppies and her neighbor could not take care of them. I went over and took one look at him and swept him up and starting taking care of the little guy. I fed him every 3 hours with a bottle. One of the things I bought was a little bear that had a heartbeat inside. I think it really helped him feel secure and he would fall asleep and snuggle it.
It took a lot of time and patience but I had little Dabny for 20 years! Actually he died just 2 weeks before his 20th birthday. He was a wonderful dog!
It sounds like you have everything you need. Just keep a good eye on your puppy and make sure she is getting enough food and fluids. Give her lots of love and be patient.
