There are two ways to do it, first put a checkmark by the PM's you wish to save, and then you can click on one of two options and it should give you a choice to "save" it to your computer. Open the picture to for more information. You do have three ways to save too,
XML, CSV, and Text but choosing "text" will probably be a good choice for most.
