Just to update, for dinner tank took a couple small nibbles of boiled chicken, and wouldn't touch rice, still won't touch the I/D food, the only way I could trick him into eating was by mixing a tiny bit of Cesar's food (I refuse to use much of this because I don't think it's very good food in my opinion) but its what he ate when I got him so I knew he would eat some, so with that mixed in to boiled chicken he ate a decent amount, not normal amount though. And I also gave him a spoonful of nonfat plain yogurt....he is still periodically shaking, and still had diarrhea before dinner, which is of a yellowish color which is somewhat alarming too me know that I've done some research about pancreatitis...I never mentioned color to vet but she never asked and I didn't think to mention it, but he had diarrhea while he was in hospital and she told me they did a stool sample so I just assumed if anything was wrong she would have mentioned it...?

Pancreatitis is determined by a blood test, not by a stool sample. I worry that your lil guy isn't eating and is still shaking.
