When you look at the splocthes is the skin broken anywhere. I'm sorry but your pics weren't so clear to my "oldish" eyes.
Truthfully the first thing I thought of when I saw the first pic, was an "insect bite of some kind".
I do agree with taking her to the vet tomorrow. It could be atopic dermatitis.
Your plan sounds like a good one; see the regular vet tomorrow, unless her health conditions changes today.
