Many dogs don't like being sprayed, so I don't think that alone is cause for concern. I would however be more concerned with what all you're spraying on her....that sounds like a lot of spraying, and it's no surprise she doesn't like it.

If fleas are a problem consult with a vet as to which flea remedy is working best in your area, I try to avoid any flea sprays. I can see where any perfume could be an irritant, is it necessary to spray her with perfume? If so, try spraying the perfume on a brush first and then brushing her. She'll pick up some of the scent with out a lot of direct skin exposure.

Could be without the flea repellant and so much perfume she may not need an itch relief/cortisone spray?
