I don;t have any advice but wanted to sympathize with you!
Sheldon eats everything, anything on the floor/ground he will eat. Lint, paper, sticks, pieces of mulch, hair, deer and geese poop, (not his). I hope it is just a puppy thing and he outgrows it.
I am thinking on changing his name to Hoover or Dyson
