That is understood....I did not make myself clear....you would be reimbersed for the neutering....I understand your concern and you would have him neutered and she would send you the cost of the neutering. This may all be a moot point...she may not be interested, or she may already have found a male puppy. However, I am thinking you will find someone closer to you....it is a wonderful generous thing fopr so many people to be interested in providing homes for rescues.....
