 water consumption
How much water should a 9 pound yorkie consume on a daily basis? My little eleven year old guy has a history of kidney stones and the vet is currently treating him for UTI. (he is on meds to prevent stones) He had urinalysis and x ray last week; no stones. Due to have another urinalysis in 2-3 weeks to make sure there are still no stones. I am just trying to keep a close watch on urine and water intake. Always a little worried about kidney failure due to the history with stones and I have read so much about kidney failure coming on so quickly; just want to keep a watchful eye on my boy.
