I agree with most of the comments. I hate collars for small dogs. They choke them when they pull. Secondly I don't walk my Yorkie when she is this small, the only reason I was looking was for the car seat I have. You latch the small belt to the catch on the harness so they can't jump out of the car seat. I am in no hurry, too cold to take her in and out now.
