Gypsy is adorable! I think as long as she's using the potty pad or going outside, I wouldn't be too concerned. It's nice to have them both pad and outside trained in case you are gone too long and she needs to go.
As for her adult weight, it's hard to tell... All dogs are different and you won't really know until she's older. I would guess that she will weigh less than 10 pounds
