The crate should only be big enough to turn around and stand up. Also, you need to clean the crate and bedding with an enzyme cleaner to eliminate the urine smell, otherwise they are compelled to go in the same spot. Thirdly, I had to take Joey out every couple of hours at first. They can’t hold it for very long, don’t expect too much too soon, it’s a puppy, not a dog.
