Ten weeks is a little young, standard is usually twelve weeks, but it's not as bad as alot of dogs I see out there. One thing that you could to is get potty pads that are washable and shread proof. One of the YT member Cathy makes them:

Washable and reusable dog and puppy pee pads, belly bands, and diapers by T. Bumpkins & Co.

Other than that, it'll take a little more effort on your part with being consistant with when she goes out. Welcome to the joys of puppyhood, it'll get better.
