When you say all of a sudden, how long has it been going on (and how long have you had her?). If she's been doing well for a while and suddenly can't hold it, I would take her to the vet to rule out any medical issues such as bladder infection. Otherwise, at 3 months old, she has a teeny, tiny, bladder and may not be able to hold it all night. You may have to start taking her out in the middle of the night to empty her bladder. Don't withhold water earlier than 2 hours before her bedtime - at that age, you can risk dehydrating her. BTW, how much does she weigh? (Sorry so many questions)
