Hey a tablespoon of vanilla, there could be worse things happen!
I'm not a baker. Even if I follow the recipe, I always second guess the recipe. That looks too wet, or too dry, I'm gonna add another egg, or more water... well guess what it always ends up in disaster. No I don't bake anymore.
Something about baking, it's just too scientific. I'll stick to regular cooking.
