This is a very dishonest price for this puppy. I have also had mine checked for the samethings and I really don't think these tests justifies that price
IMO.
If people are looking for a fair price on this wonderful breed you can check with some us members here on YT that are breeding the Biewers and I know that we will be able to sell you a pup that everyone could be happy with.
