Smokey is my first boy foster that I've seen before and after neuter. There was swelling, but when I poked it it deflated, then puffed back up. LOL But def different than before the snip snip. But if she got the dog already assumed it was neutered, I guess there was no before and after to compare, but if he was recently neutered, there would have been stitches or something. By the time stitches come out, the swelling should be gone.
