I have to say, I will definitely tighten up a bit around a pit bull BUT it is not these dogs who are at fault here. I am so sick to death of them paying for the irresponsible people who own them. This owner needs to pay for the damage and the penalties for allowing them to roam needs to be stiffer. I think if the penalties were harsher people would take a little more responsibility.

I further sch persons shouldn't be allowed the privileged of pet ownership...in least of a breed that if improperly trained can kill.
