Update: Katie Scarlett is like a completely different dog! She is doing SO much better. She doesn't even try to bite at her clothes anymore. She lets me put them on her without any nipping and doesn't mess with them all day. It took a little patience and preserverence, but I followed all of your advice and it worked like a charm! Thank you so much for all your help! YT'ers are AWESOME!!!!
