I just read this on the YTNR Fb they sent me a notice.
It takes a special kind of POS to not only steal someones beloved pet but whelping puppies!
I hope a group of pet owners finds them & get 5 minutes alone with the thief...
But foremost I hope the puppies and Staci are returned in good health! |
