Do you condition her after you have shampooed her. Or do you just shampoo her then rinse and dry her. I always condition after shampooing. My girls never have dry skin. I also feed natural balance white fish and sweet potato. I give them a half of a hardboiled egg aweek. There skin and fur is amazing. I use pek conditioner on them. I don't know if this is any help or not. My mom's yorkies had dry skin. She has followed my advice and now her skin and coat is amazing also.
