Oh sweetie I was in your shoes last week! Bambi got spayed, 5 teeth pulled and microchipped last Friday and I was so sick with fear. Today she went back to have her stitches checked and all is going well, but I have to be honest she was in pain all weekend and today. I expected her to be sore but she was way worse than Bijou was, and she has pain medicine with an anti inflammatory in it and a pain medicine that's a sedative as well. Now tonight she was trying to run and play with Bijou so that tells you how quickly they bounce back. She doesnt get her stitches out for two weeks so no playing is gonna be a hard one. There is really nothing I can say that can convince you that she'll be ok so I'll just offer my thoughts and prayers to you both. Hugs |
