My Bentley had the same problem. Sometimes Yorkies can be allergic to corn so I would switch if their food has corn. I also squeeze a capsule of Omega 3 fatty acid for dogs on his food everynight to help with his coat in skin. After a few weeks, we have noticed a huge difference! Good luck.
