Is he shaking at all? Is temp normal? To check for dehydration, pull the skin up in the area between the shoulders. It should snap back. If it slides back slowly he could be suffering dehydration and should go to the Vet. They can either put fluid injected under the skin or if serious enough, put him on IV as giving him water or pedialyte won't work if he can't keep it down.
You don't want to be feeding him anything too hard to digest. The best thing now is to try a little pedialyte, see if he keeps it down. If he does after about an hour or so, try a little cooked rice with a little boiled chicken. Also the liquid from boiled pot barley will help diahrrea and vomiting problems.
Don't give him his regular dog food or carrots for about a day or two until he is back to normal.
I will get some new pedialyte. You don't have to worry about me giving him food, he runs and hides when I start toward him with anything. I cooked him a chicken breast (non seasoned) his favorite and he won't even sniff it. He doesn't feel hot or anything and he just fetched me his toy about three times. I am not as worried about him as the last time he got sick. Thanks to you guys, I have learned how to take care of a sick baby. I am supposed to get a female puppy the first of Feb. and my hubby just said he didn't know if we should or not because they are so delicate and hard to raise but Ceeby is a little over five months and this is only the second time he has been sick. Right now he is walking on my keyboard so any misprints are his. LOL
