Restrict your puppy's freedom to one room where you can supervise him closely. Continue the frequent outings for potty breaks. When he goes outside, praise him profusely and give him a small treat. If you catch him going inside, say "uh-oh" or "no" firmly, but not angrily.

Clean your flooring thoroughly with an enzyme, special pet cleaner when he has accidents. Otherwise the scent of the accident will encourage him to return to the spot and pee there again.

Take him outside immediately when he wakes up from sleeping or napping, right after her eats, after play sessions, and may times in between.

You may also want to check with your vet to make sure he doesn't have a urinary tract infection.
