Definitely sounds like either stones or an infection...Please take Pebbles to the vet. This happened to Miko awhile back, and he ended up having stones that he couldn't pass. He had peed in the morning, but then he kept squatting for like an hour, and he couldn't pee...I took him to the vet, and he ended up having stones and crystals that he couldn't pass. This can be very painful for these babies even though they might not cry out in pain...The vet will probably do a urinalysis and a urine culture to see what's going on with Pebbles.
