So I put a tbsp of CO on my white rice today with my chinese food. It was a nice addition to cut the overly salty chinese food. Also it was leftover chinese, so the rice was hard, well it helped a TON in rehydrating and softening the rice. I usually put some warm water on the white rice and nuke it for more than usual and the rice comes out soft again, but with the CO it had a nice pleasant aroma contrasting the salt and most likely msg in there. Not bad!
