I can take one off the checklist now. I ordered a huitlacoche quesadilla. It was really good! Tasted like smoky corn, a little sweet. It was a masa tortilla lightly toasted with lettuce, tomato, yellow corn, the corn
truffle, queso and crema. The pic is of it opened up so you can see what it looks like inside. It tasted much lighter than a regular quesadilla with a flour tortilla and melted cheese. Finished it off with a lengua taco.
Bf had his fave chilaquiles verde with four scrambled eggs, AND a asada torta, no frijoles
Uni was mad she didn't get any!
