Maximo is out of surgery and awake!! According to my nice tech lady, he is "looking good." I asked if he was whimpering or barking, and she said no, he is lying in his cage quietly looking at her. She held the phone up to him and was talking to him.
I am meeting with the vet at 4:15, but the office said I can come early and sit with Max. I pray the vet has good news for me.
