I'm glad blood was already drawn. Guess your vet doesn't have an inhouse lab?
Lady had no symptoms before she started pooping blood, no vomiting, nothing except a loose stool/diarrhea. She was eating fine, etc. It came on really quickly.
HGE is very scary. I know a number of Yorkie here have had it.
