Yes, I am quite serious. It's true that he has not as of yet contacted the breeder but there is NO harm at all in being prepared JUST IN CASE the breeder is not willing to work with him. I don't believe there are "better" options over contacting a lawyers FOR FREE. Some lawyers even do free PHONE consultations which would be ideal in this situation. How hard is it to pick up the phone, call a lawyer and ask a few questions? Not hard at all. You know the old saying ... I'd rather be safe then sorry!
