Ann, that is what I was thinking too...that request for donations are not allowed.
This post upsets me because I didn't think rescues euthanized if the problem was operable.
OP...I made a few suggestions in my other post...I really hope you can find a solution. I personally wouldn't take a dog in if I couldn't provide for it. I know you are the foster home, not the owner...so that comment is not directed at you personally. I really hope you find a way to get the money. Sending good thoughts to Cassie.
