We had one of our boys on meds and monthly testing that was more than we could handle along with the mortgage....something had to go.....we sold the house, moved into an apartment one state over (couldn't find an apartment that would rent with 2 dogs locally) and relocated jobs.....1 1/2 years later, Casey passed, and we bought another house.....would do it again in a heartbeat
