Agree 100%......It is part of the standard in the USA. It is understood by exhibitors that when judging the yorkie for expression, the tail does not play into it, it's the ears.
There is also a difference of European law and USA law when selling a pup. European's do not have control once a pup leaves it's possession. There is no limited or full registration....only full registration and the buyer has control.
