I'd say that is a yorkie face myself

silky's have a more distinctive profile bigger head and snout and their ears rest farther back than a yorkies.

yorkie I've heard this often square breed

means that proportions are in a square..so body length and height should be no more than an inch off

hope this helps my yorkie binky was 10lbs and still a yorkie .even her ears were never erect and she was cute as a button.
