Welcome!!! You're going to LOVE it here!!! 8 week is VERY young to understand things-usually pups learn much from their mommy's from 8-12 weeks, many say puppies do not understand most things until about 12 weeks (but I am NO expert) but keep putting her on the pad and say "go potty" and as soon as she does, give her a treat. She will have to go every hour or so, we got our 2nd yorkie 2 weeks ago at 11 weeks old and he is getting the hang of things....we still have accidents but that's bound to happen!!! LOVE HER NAME!!!!
