I've read a few other discussions about seizures, but as a worried parent, I just want to see what everybody else thinks..

I've had my baby Apple for about a week now and I absolutley LOVE her! Today she gave us a little scare though.. We were in the car (had been for about 15 minutes) and her head starting shaking and she threw up.
I'm wondering if she could have just been car sick, or if it was a seizure. We stopped the car at a store (to get some Karo syrup) and she calmed down for the most part, her head would still shake occassionally..
We didn't give her anything since she the shaking had stopped..And now we're home and she's bouncing around like usual.

She's been in the car plenty of times since we've gotten her and we have never had a problem..
What does everybody think???
