my rosie did that and i asked my vet about it and she said its got to much protien in it for dogs and they shouldnt eat it, the reason they prefer cat food is because it has a stronger smell, what i do is feed her 1st then the cats when shes finished, yes she will still try to get to it but i shut her out the kitchen 1so the cats can eat in peace and 2 so she doesnt eat it, if theres a small amount left when they have finished i let her mop it up it hasnt hurt her yet but to much and she will get fat |
