We both know that the time it takes to make these things is less than minimum wage, so my question again is, why would you spend so much time doing that when you can buy one that is dog safe for a few bucks? Or if you're watching tv and knitting, do a dog sweater or something.
Agree!! I am also a crafter (actually made pretty good money at it for a while). I crochet and paint, dabble in some other crafts. I'm retired from the Navy and have a lot of time for crafting pursuits; but there is no way I would be making 3 inch doggy toys out of dental floss. Donate the floss to a homeless shelter, if it is not the kind you like, and make something out of fleece for the pups! Fleece flossy toys are great and easy to make. You can also crochet or knit a wide variety of toys and apparel from the grumble balls, to stuffed animals. JMO since you asked.
