i will be saying some prayers for a speedy recovery and i am very glad things were not worse. i had a similart situation and everything was fine! my yorkie, zowi was hit by a pick up truck in a blizzard 5 years ago when a friend came over and opened the gate to the fence. she ran out so fast and i went after her calling her name. it was snowing so terribly the truck did not see her in time and i saw him hit her. she was knocked out unconcious laying in the snowy street. i scooped her up and i jumped in the car in my frozen wet socks without shoes on even or a coat and rushed her to the nearest vet. not a single broken bone or anything and she woke up as i walked in the vets office!!!!! she was very sore and lathargic for about a week or so. it is amazing how tough these little ones can be!!!!
