Max actually had one up on top that somehow came out later and we just had it pulled when he got his teeth cleaned a couple of weeks ago and he's 3 yrs old. Thankfully it didn't affect the other teeth but it could have. Moe is 1 yr old and still had 2 baby teeth that we had pulled when he got neutered. One thing we did that helped a lot was to have x-rays... that way they can see what's there. Sounds crazy but Yorkies do have dental problems and as with humans the only way for the vets to SEE what's really going on is with an x-ray.
