I doubt he is too popular in his own community for what he has done.
i am new on this forum. My concern is for my male adult dog who i got about 3mths ago. He has a fantastic temperment, friendly to cats and dogs but he is terrified of people. How do i help him?? He has got to the stage of being firm friends with my daughter and barks at her open window to go out and play. Last night had a big break thru when he jumped up and stuck his nose in my face, up till then he avoided any eye contact and would only approach me if i sat and let him come to me, if i try and go to pick him he runs and cowers, likewise if i carry anything it freaks him out.I think that his previous owner may have beaten him badly . Mizzy and chip love their cuddles and are very confident dogs i want him to be the same. Anyone any advice??
