I started the couch to 5k program. Didn't count my calories, but ate small portions of things that are good for me. Up until a year ago I ran 3 to 4 miles everyday, got lazy and surprise surprise---when you're 55, don't exercise and eat everything that doesn't run away---pounds creep up on you from nowhere! I'm glad to get started again. Thanks for the nudge I needed.
