First, welcome to YT

.
What is her age?
In addition to the possible bloating, is her tummy making gurgly, squishy noises?
Did the vet check for giardia in the fecal? You may want do yet another fecal, and check again for giardia -- giardia is notorious for hiding under the scope, and it's not uncommon to need 2 fecals to find giardia.
If she is a puppy, I'd recommend you bring her back in to the vet ASAP - bc puppies will act/play/seem fine - and then can go down *very* fast due to dehydration w/ diarrhea.
I would also (no matter the issue) pick up Benebac Paste from PetCo (Petsmart doesn't carry it). Benebac is a high-potency probiotic paste that can be helpful in re-populating the sm intestine w/ necessary probiotics. I get the 'small animal/ferret' size, and keep Benebac in my ER kit, for the doggies, at all times.
Personally, I'd be very cautious about giving any vaccines until this issue is resolved. Most vets won't give vaccines to a dog who is having diarrhea.
