Default My yorkie puppy has diarrhea w/blood and mucous. HELP!

I got Sophie about 3 weeks ago and have been to the vet 3 times already. The first time was for hypoglicemia, the vet did a fecal test, and the test came back negative. She had no parasites or anything, she was doing well once they got her to eat the food from the vet,(ID) they gave me a few cans and informed me she would have watery bowels while eating it.( about 2 1/2 weeks ago) She liked this food very much for a few days, then she stopped eating it, the pet store I bought her from told me to start feeding her boiled chicken and rice, I came home boiled some chicken and fed it to her, she ate it up right away, she ate it again once more and wouldn't eat it again so i made white rice, once again she only ate it twice then she wouldn't eat it anymore. (At this point she had not touched her dry food, and maybe ate her canned food the pet store recommended once) I took her back to the vet about a week after her hypoglicemic attack to get her vaccines and to get her checked out, the pet store seemed to think she had kennel cough (although aside from a sneeze here or there she wasn't showing any signs, pet store told me they were convinced it was kennel cough and to even lie and say she had been coughing) I told the vet ( she had gained a lb in a week) to check her out for kennel cough there were no signs so they said it could be a bacterial infection and they gave me 5 days worth of metronidizol (sp?) and they gave me another kind of dog food called AD that was suppose to make her bowels harden up, at this point it was just diarrhea no mucus or blood, with no surprise she wouldn't touch the ad, but started eating the boiled chicken, then the next day she stopped eating completely, she had been on antibiotics for a day, i called the vet they said to give her baby food or boiled hamburger meat. She loved the baby food and she ate that for a few days then i got her back on the boiled chicken, she has been eating the boiled chicken for about a week now and finished her antibiotics about 5 days ago, she was back to being a puppy, chewing on everything etc, but aside from one hard stool, her stool has been either diarrhea or very soft. Last night she started having chronic diarrhea with mucus and blood, very foul smelling i took her out about 4 times. I read on here that the chicken could be the culprit, so i ran out this morning to find pure canned pumpkin which is nowhere in this area, (to harden the stool, apparently a shortage happened about a yr ago, and it won't be here untill end of this month) the only thing i could find was pumpkin pie filling which i did not give her b/c it says on here not to, but i switched her to boiled hamburger meat for today. She has been acting normal, eating, drinking, chewing etc, her belly is very full now maybe even bloated? I gave her nutri cal this morning and have been giving her pedialyte mixed with water as well, she is resting now, but I'm not sure if she's dehydrated or not. I have no idea what to do, and am at my witts end. I don't know if she has some type of virus or it's just the inconsistent diet I have been forced to give her in fear of another hypo attack.
Has anyone else had this problem??? Any advice??
