OMG the poor babies! They all look so terrified. Yorkies, Silkys, Maltese, Shnausers & all! And what bad shape they all look in. I don't go a day without brushing out Sango, these poor babies looks like it's been months! And what horrible tear staining on the Malteses. This makes me so angry.
I hope this low-life gets what he deserves in life for treating those poor babies so badly.
