I'm glad to hear that Carson is a bit more alert. I'm glad your neurologist is following the Dr. Sisson protocol.
Regarding Dr. Remillard - she is at the MSPCA Angell Memorial Hospital in Boston. Yes, I do know the current fees to consult and do a diet. As that information may change, I will PM this to you so that future readers of this thread, if any, are not confused by the pricing should it change (and like everything else in life, I'm sure it will).
