I absolutely love Haggis. Closest I found over here is Kishka.
Also grew up eating tripe. Mother would buy it at the local outdoor market on a Saturday. It was already "dressed" - meaning cooked. And we would eat it cold with vinegar on it.
Also, being from the north of England I loved going to Bury market and buying a fresh hot black pudding from the vendor and walking around the market eating the black pudding - with English mustard on it.
