I have a little guy that also gets car sick. I give him 1/2 dramamine an hour before we get in the car and he no longer gets sick. I don't know if it's the dramamine or that he's getting used to riding in the car (and whenever we take him in the car to go to the country, it's a two hour ride.) The first 1 1/2 hours of the ride is strictly highway and he would do great. Once we got to the winding roads and hills, that's when he would get sick. He no longer gets sick. I'm not going to stop the dramamine just yet. He may be getting used to riding in the car but for now, if it ain't broke, don't fix it! I was only giving him 1/4 tablet but that didn't work so I called the vet and she said since he's 10 lbs. I could try giving him 1/2 tablet. That seemed to do the trick. No more puking!! Toby HATES ginger snap cookies. I tried that too but it's like he knew what I was giving it for. LOL Good luck and don't give up.
