I do horrible with trying new meats, something just skeeves me out about it... but I really love sushi and I love eel! I can't think about it when I'm eating it but I do love it. I also love snails (escargo) very yummy! I also eat raw oysters a lot (is that 'exotic'?) and in New England we all eat 'Steamers', which are long-neck clams with big really soft bellies. I live in New England so seafood of any kind is consumed by the tons here!
