She sounds like a chocolate, which is not rare but seems to be the next "fad" in Yorkies. APRI has gained a lot of respect over the last few years and dogs that are APRI registered can now be cross registered with AKC if you provide 4 generations of pedigree. The rule of thumb for adult size is supposed to be double the weight at 12 weeks or if she's older they are supposed to be 75% of the way grown at 6 months. Note I said "supposed" there are always going to be exceptions. The thing I love best about my Yorkies is they love me with all my faults, I'm sure yours will be the same
